Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development Algernon Yau will depart for a visit to Beijing tomorrow evening.
During his stay in Beijing, Mr Yau will call on the State Council’s Hong Kong & Macao Affairs Office, the Beijing Municipal Commerce Bureau, the China National Intellectual Property Administration and the National Radio & Television Administration.
Mr Yau will return to Hong Kong on Friday evening. During his absence, Under Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development Bernard Chan will be Acting Secretary.
