The Office of the Communications Authority (OFCA) today reminded citizens about the arrangement for receiving Fantastic Television's new programme channel, HOY Infotainment, to be launched at 6am on November 21.
Fantastic TV has been broadcasting its TV programme channels via both fixed network and radio spectrum - digital terrestrial TV (DTT) frequency channel 22 - since April 1 this year.
The channel launch will bring the total number of DTT programme channels provided by domestic free TV licensees and a public service broadcaster to 14.
The additional channel's number is 78.
Current Fantastic TV viewers who cannot watch channel 78 will only need to perform channel rescanning on their digital TV receivers to receive it.
Members of the public may refer to OFCA's relevant consumer alert for details. They may also call Fantastic TV’s hotline at 2112 0678 or send an email.
Other enquiries on TV reception can also be made to OFCA at 2961 6333.
