A public consultation on the proposed adoption of the up-to-date standards for toys and six classes of children's products was launched today.
The Government proposes to adopt the updated versions of safety standards for baby walking frames, bottle teats, bunk beds for domestic use, children's high chairs, children's paints and children's safety harnesses.
The consultation will end on December 31.
